Christopher H. Mitchell Partner
Christopher Mitchell specializes in civil litigation, with emphasis on medical, automobile, and premises liability claims. He has handled cases in the federal and state courts throughout metropolitan Washington, DC and in other jurisdictions, obtaining substantial recoveries by judgment or settlement for his clients who have suffered the wrongdoing of others.
Before joining Stein Mitchell Muse Cipollone & Beato LLP, he was a litigation associate at Collier, Shannon, Rill & Scott in Washington, DC. Having also previously worked in the field of orchestra management, he takes pride in winning cases for injured musicians, such as a symphony conductor with severe shoulder injuries when struck by a car while crossing the street, a soprano whose opera career was cut short by negligent chest surgery which impaired her breathing, and a concert pianist disabled from performing after a rear-end collision.
