Rich Bussey has been representing persons injured due to the fault of others in D.C., MD and VA for more than 30 years. Mr. Bussey was born in Cleveland, Ohio on December 16, 1950. He graduated summa cum laude from Ohio University with a B.S. in Journalisim in 1972. Mr. Bussey wrote broadcast and print advertising in Cleveland, Ohio and Boston, Massachusetts for two years before deciding to pursue a career in the law. He graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with a J.D. in 1977.

Mr. Bussey is a member of the Georgia (1978), District of Columbia (1978), Virginia (1980), and Maryland (1981) Bars, the American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
