Robert F. Muse has an extensive background in civil and criminal litigation. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America and the Washingtonian Magazine as one of the best lawyers in Washington, DC for criminal defense work and civil litigation.

He has achieved some of the largest plaintiffs' verdicts in the Washington metropolitan area, including experience on Benedi v. McNeil. He has tried over a hundred cases to judgment or verdict, including product liability claims, wrongful death actions, fraud, professional malpractice, and other civil tort actions, as well as numerous white collar criminal defense cases.
