Meryl D. Grenadier Associate
Meryl Grenadier is a litigation associate at Stein Mitchell Cipollone Beato & Missner LLP. Her practice focuses on representing qui tam relators under the False Claims Act and related statutes, as well as representing consumers in class action litigation, and various other clients in complex commercial disputes.
Prior to joining Stein Mitchell Cipollone Beato & Missner LLP, Ms. Grenadier completed legal internships with the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office (SDNY), the Honorable Judge Debra Freeman (S.D.N.Y.), Cohen, Milstein, Sellers & Toll, PLLC, and The Project on Government Oversight.
- Counsel to Relator in United States ex rel. Baker v. Walgreen Co., 12 Civ. 0300 (JPO) (S.D.N.Y.). Obtained $50 million settlement to resolve allegations of violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute.
- Counsel for artist management company and music group in a commercial litigation brought by the group's former management company. Obtained dismissal of all claims prior to discovery.
- Confidential Arbitration: Counsel for financial technology venture capital firm in breach of contract and business tort dispute with former chief executive officer. After dispositive motions and discovery, secured settlement for client on favorable terms, which included no monies paid out to the former CEO and the former CEO reimbursing client for certain amount of its attorneys' fees and litigation costs.
