Andreea Micklis is a litigation associate that assists clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation. She has significant experience in multi-national litigation, international dispute resolutions, and human rights protections.

Before joining Stein Mitchell, Mrs. Micklis was the International Dispute Resolution Senior Associate at Lee & Ko, based in Seoul, Korea, where she advised clients in investigations, arbitrations, and litigation. She routinely drafted and prevailed in arbitrations before the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.  She successfully represented Brazilian entities in an appeal of a sanctions ruling in a contract dispute matter.  

Prior to her work at Lee & Ko, Mrs. Micklis was a Commercial Litigation Associate at Snell & Wilmer LLP where she prevailed in appeals before the California Court of Appeal in various matters including class actions, real estate transactions, and family law. She also routinely worked with T -Visa clients for FBI interviews and applications for victims of human trafficking.

Mrs. Micklis began her legal career as a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins where she successfully obtained asylum for a Togolese student advocate.  She clerked for the Honorable Edith Brown Clement on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
