Overview
Avi Wolasky is an associate at Stein Mitchell Beato & Missner, where he supports clients through all stages of complex civil litigation. His practice focuses on matters involving commercial litigation, whistleblower law and the False Claims Act. Before joining the firm, Avi was an associate at Storzer & Associates in Baltimore, where he represented clients in religious freedom and land use disputes, and practiced complex litigation under the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act (RLUIPA), contributing to litigation strategy, depositions and trials. He also previously served as a summer associate at Stein Mitchell.
Avi is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Senior Editor of the Environmental Law Review. As part of his tenure at Georgetown Law, Avi was on the executive board of the Federalist Society and participated in an international exchange program at Hebrew University School of Law. Outside of the law, Avi is a member of the Baltimore City Police Accountability Board as well as a member of The Associated of Baltimore’s Israel & Global Managing Council.
