Overview
Jacqueline Lau is an associate at Stein Mitchell Beato & Missner LLP who assists clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, whistleblower representation and other matters. She has experience with commercial litigation, consumer matters such as landlord tenant disputes and wage garnishments, child services, trusts, wealth management, estate litigation and entertainment law.
Before Stein Mitchell, Jacqueline represented low-income Indiana residents through the Economic Justice Clinic at the Notre Dame Clinical Law Center and assisted directly on trials during her time at the Indiana Department of Child Services and the Detroit Legal Aid and Defender Association.
