Joshua Elliott

Joshua Elliott is an associate at Stein Mitchell Beato & Missner LLP representing clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of complex commercial litigation.  Mr. Elliott’s practice spans a wide array of highly regulated industries, notably health care, pharmaceutical, life sciences, banking, finance, insurance, and technology.  Mr. Elliott has significant experience representing clients involved in False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback matters, qui tam litigation, and government investigations.  Mr. Elliott also maintains a robust practice representing health care clients pursuing recovery of monies lost as a result of fraud, waste, and abuse.

Mr. Elliott earned his J. D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his undergraduate degree, with distinction, in Public Policy and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Mr. Elliott also studied at L’Universite de Paris-Sorbonne.

Prior to joining Stein Mitchell Beato & Missner LLP, Mr. Elliott was an associate at another Washington, DC litigation boutique.
