Joshua Elliott is an associate at Stein Mitchell Beato & Missner LLP who assists clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, whistleblower representation and other matters. He has experience representing plaintiffs in federal courts, state tribunals, and before administrative forums (MSPB and EEOC), litigating under a wide array of employment claims, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, Rehabilitation Act, Whistleblower Protection Act, Dodd Frank, and the False Claims Act. He has represented as lead counsel in connection with qui tam actions against defense contractors related to procurement fraud, against a major healthcare system, and securing settlements for whistleblower claims.
