Overview
Nick Cannon is a seasoned trial attorney at Stein Mitchell Beato & Missner, with extensive experience handling high stakes, complex litigation. Drawing on 16 years as a federal prosecutor, Mr. Cannon’s practice is focused on assisting clients and families in cases involving serious injury and death and representing clients in government investigations, congressional inquiries, and white-collar prosecutions.
During his career as a federal prosecutor, Mr. Cannon investigated and prosecuted a wide variety of cases, including securities fraud, cybercrime, public corruption, and money laundering matters. Those matters included theft, fraud, and corruption by public and elected officials, senior executives, and corporate entities. As a prosecutor, Mr. Cannon tried over 35 jury trials and handled several appeals before the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
